Prepare your spreadsheet
Open your contact list in any standard spreadsheet application — Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice Calc.

Set the three required headers
Make sure the absolute first row contains exactly three header cells, spelled and capitalised as shown:
Name,Email,Phone. Extra columns are ignored on import; missing required columns cause the row to be skipped. -

Export as a CSV file
From your spreadsheet's File menu, choose Save As or Export and select the comma-separated values (.csv) format. UTF-8 encoding is recommended so accented names and international characters survive the round-trip.

Upload through the import utility
Click the Import CSV Data Stream utility button below, select your formatted .csv file from your system explorer, and authorise the automated data upload parser. New leads land in the Red Leads column above within seconds.
